Only those who are accredited may teach T'ai Chi Chih. Beginning Class Introductory class suitable for all ages and abilities. Learn the nineteen movements and one pose. The movements are easily adapted to accommodate a student's physical limitations. Continuing Class Deeper exploration of T'ai Chi Chih principles and refinement of movements. Students should have completed a beginning class and have a basic knowledge of the nineteen movements and one pose. Alzheimer Group, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Seated, Seniors, Wheelchair Bound T'ai Chi Chih classes focus on a specific student need, however, all are welcome to attend.
